1. Audio

First things first you’ll need audio for your record, we accept MP3, WAV, FLAC and almost all major formats. Decide on the order you want the songs to be cut, then label them A1, A2 etc. Be mindful of run times when making your record, you can find this information in our shop descriptions for 7, 10 and 12inches.

2. Labels

Each record comes with customisable inside labels, we take your images and print them onto each side of the record. You can send us any image to cut a perfect circle from. Please find a downloadable template for this in our Artwork section of the website, this can be edited and sent to us.

3. Send Files

We will need all of your music files and images in order to make the record, you can easily forward these on via WeTransfer. Our email for transfers is firstcutisdeep@gmail.com once they’ve arrived we will email you back to confirm everything is ready to make your record.

4. We Make It

Your audio is professionally mastered in order to transfer to vinyl, and have the best quality playback. Our average turn around time for records is 7-10 working days but we often get them finished before this for you. Please email us if you would like a rushed order as we can work this out for a small fee.

5. We Send it

When your records are ready they’ll be packed up into one of our sturdy mailers, shipped to you with tracking via Royal Mail. This usually takes between 1-2 days to arrive with you, we also ship to anywhere in the world which is calculated when you place an order via the website.
